Our Fees
We will make it clear in our initial letter of engagement whether we are charging you a fixed fee or using an hourly rate.
How We Charge
The following information applies to our work.
Our charges are based on the hourly rate of the team member who is advising you (rates vary depending on their seniority), multiplied by the number of hours worked. Our hourly rate is divided into units of six minutes, meaning there are ten units in an hour (10 x 6 minutes = 60 minutes). We employ a rounding system up to the nearest unit, for example a three-minute call would still be recorded as one unit, and a seven-minute call would be twice the cost as it would go over the six-minute mark and therefore become two units. Feel free to contact us if you need more clarity this system.
Example
A five-minute phone call = one unit = 10% of an hourly rate
A thiry-five minute meeting = six units = 60% of an hourly rate
We Charge VAT
We charge VAT on all our services, and the current rate is 20%. You cannot reclaim this increase if you are not VAT registered.
Hourly Rates
Our average hourly rates can be seen below, although the actual charge will be tailored to you and your circumstances and will be outlined in our initial letter. Please note that these rates are for consumers, and do not apply to businesses or individuals representing a business.
